After an afternoon aligning too much stuff in Flash I had this idea. I like this concept of aligning with the world. It has lots of meanings that you can take from it, from saving our world to help your fellow man. Please let me know your readings of this poster on the comments.

…or getting lost in it. If you align yourself with the world, that means the world is already aligned and we aren’t. But the reason the world isn’t aligned is because we aren’t. So we have to align ourselves with Something “outside” or independent of the world in order to straighten out. Then, the world can align itself.
We need aligning, saving, from the world’s mistakes, our mistakes, from our arrogance and pride, from my indifference to the suffering of the world around me. From my cynicism and despair and the brokenness I see in the world around me; it is true of my own soul.
The beautiful part is, flawed and “unaligned” as we are, God loves us anyway. He will use as we are to change the world, and in allowing Him to use us, we become aligned with Him and all the wondrous universe around us – in short, we are straightened out and so is the world. Ah, beautiful alignment. Beautiful.
That is the ‘gospel’ of Christ. That God can align us, not with the world, but with the world and oh, so much more.
I like your imagery, I like your idea. As always, very well done.
